Shipping & Delivery

Shipping your order takes up to two weeks provided we are not attending large events. While we are at events we are unable to ship, pushing the shipping time back the length of the event.

We also offer pickup at events. If you take this option please make sure we are going to the event you'd like to pick up your merchandise. We are not responsible for items not picked up.

Overseas orders
A good percentage of our business is done overseas, and we are happy to do everything possible to accommodate our overseas customers. However, because the cost of shipping is such a high percentage of the transaction, we cannot unfortunately re-ship free of charge. Exchanges are thus liable for the cost of shipping the new item. 
 





Returns & Refunds

 

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds may be subject to up to 10% restocking charge.

Item that have been returned for a refund but appear obviously worn will not be refunded. We will return the items to you if desired.

Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. 

The original shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable, customer pays return shipping. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ITEMS NOT RETURNED.

NOTE: We cannot accept for exchange or return items that have been used or worn unless otherwise informed. 



Tracking Your Order

 

A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships.

We will never use your information for anything other than getting your order to you or issuing a refund. 

As of this moment we are still testing this site however we will try to remain with our policy of charging your orders only when we know we have it in stock. Assuming we cannot continue that practice we will contact you offering the next closest we have on hand or the option to wait as we order from our supplier.



Privacy Policy

 

As stated above we will never sell nor use your information for anything beyond working with your order.

We also request that all calls and e-mails are related to our business. We retain the right to not answer calls or e-mails that are not related to orders or inventory. The business phone number is a volunteered personal number, so please remember that her privacy is just as important to us as your privacy is.

Children's Policy

For children's prices please contact us either through e-mail, phone, or in person.

Shoes for children up to the age of 16 will receive a discount on all shoes under $100 and that are not already discounted. We also accept used returns in this case only to help continue the discount. These used shoes are placed in out discount bin (an event item only) for those who cannot afford our off the shelf shoes.

We uphold the right to request proof of child's age when handling this over the internet as we cannot physically see the child.
